1 - IDENTIFY WHAT CAUSED THE DAMAGE.
Identify the cause and make sure the problem was fixed.
2 - EVALUATE THE DAMAGE
- Has the plywood or particle board warped?
- Do the glue joints stay together?
- How much of the cabinet is damaged?
- Is the bottom shelf of the cabinet change the color?
- The base strong enough to hold weight?
- Has delamination occurred?
3 - REMOVE THE CABINETS
Keep in mind that this process may take a few days because after removing the cabinets, you may need to repair the dry wall as well. This must be done so that the moisture from the walls does not damage your cabinets again.
4 - Replace Damaged Parts and put it back
Build new parts and replace the damaged ones. Once all the damaged parts have been replaced with new ones, the cabinets must be put back in place.
